We have used these for camping bucket lights and although they are LED the frosted dome which is a button/light prevents the light from being as bright as it could be. be. A clear dome would have been better for our application as they were in a bucket and looks didn't matter. You look good. For some reason one of mine is half broken and only glows with white light and doesn't respond to the remote control. I'm not sure what a few buttons on the remote do and there are no instructions. Gluing wasn't a problem for me as I attached them to the bottom of the bucket and not the weight. There are only two remote controls. So if, like me, you use them for individual projects, that's a minus. I wasn't paying attention when I ordered them, so it's not a ding in the product, just something to be aware of. With the bush button on the light itself, they can be white, red, green, blue, and off, so keeping them was a compromise.
