Following recent foot surgery, I had to wear a protective shoe/boot for the next 8-12 weeks. None of my shoes quite matched the height of the "boot.”. It was uncomfortable standing and walking with a leg length discrepancy. I ordered these inserts and used one in my regular shoe. The fact that the inserts are adjustable by adding an additional enclosed layer made them the perfect solution! The outer material is soft and not irritating while the inner material is supportive and comfortable. They are easy to clean by simply removing them from the shoe and rinsing them with water. This also helps to restore the stickiness of the insert. They are easy to remove and switch to a different shoe. Although I’m now "transitioning " back to regular shoes, I might just keep using them for comfort reasons! Thanks for a very helpful product!
