I was very excited when I ordered this device. When I received and used the product I was extremely disappointed. The product is very cheap. Very easy to assemble. When you add extended, it flexes when you apply pressure for a deep clean. I had a feeling it was about to burst. The engine is also very weak. If you apply and press, the motor head will stop working. Seriously, even the slightest pressure will stop. Doesn't clean well at all. Please don't waste your money on this product. I had it within 1 day and requested a refund. If anyone knows how to clean, you know how to apply pressure to collect dirt. You will be very disappointed when using this product as it stops every time you make the slightest effort. Garbage!
