The constant removal and replacement of the straw every time you drink is intended to be very problematic. Inserting a straw into the clamp hole and a clamp into the straw hole solved this problem for me. Straightens the straw and positions it perfectly for drinking from the airbar. I have no idea why it wasn't designed that way from the start. FYI, you will need a neoprene pad for the straw hole. Available from Profile Design or Home Depot/Lowes.
