During the lightning sale they cost about $1 more than a 60 pack and were worth buying. It is STRONGLY recommended to replace our sub-floors with furniture pads to avoid scratching. These bars are VERY good, thick enough to offer decent protection and have a lot in them so if we need to replace a few in the future we can do it. Dark brown also pairs well with darker furniture or flooring so you can't tell they're there, although certain furniture leg sizes or placement may have some protrusions if you look closely enough. In general they have a similar job and don't need to worry, but they work great for us!
