So far so good. We are 45 days in now wito our new AC and we love it. We just set it to 74 and forgot about it. Install was pretty straight forward. The instruction are the worst I suggest not reading them! I did and I got in trouble and the manufacturer had to send me a new inside unit. I attempted to bend the factory bent lines to use the left line exit. Lets just say that was not possible and I ended up with new parts. The manufacturer was more than accomodating and supported me with no cost replacements and shipping also no cost. I’m very pleased with them. Now About the Hardware: the simple wiring is confounded by the instructions, I suggest simply reading the lable on the machine. My installer broke the hinge on the front cover due to it being delicate and him not understanding the mechanism. I repaired it with a 3D doodler and it doesent take away from the machine at all. I’n my photos you can see the drip on the condensate line. The simple slip together connection is not exactly water tite. This caused some ammount of agony. Also move the drain connection to the side of the machine closest to the exit. I suggest a dab of silicone on the hose followed by silicone vulcanizing tape, the one that fuses together. We did the mounting and ran power and hooked up the lines. Then we had an AC tech pressurize them with nitrogen and checked for leakdown. Then he evacuated the system and released the gas from the compressor. He was super impressed by the efficency of the unit evidensed by the high and low pressure copper lines both being cold and only 2-3 degrees diffrent in tempature.Conclusion. It’s not perfect and I love it. Maybe I just love the efficent mini splits in general but this one is serving me very well.
