Review on 🔧 Crackbond JF 311 by Adhesive Technology Corp by Vincent Burton

We used this to fill inspection gaps in a garage floor prior to flooring. The product is really good for filling those seams. After drying, it looks like cured rubber. A few things we learned along the way. Our cracks were maybe an inch deep and 1/8 inch wide. We had 720 square meters. foot, so about 78 feet of seams had to be filled. The product is very "thin" when it comes out and you will need to overstuff the seams a bit so it can be shaved off after curing to give a nice smooth finish. (We used a handle scraper and a real 4 inch blade to remove the top after curing). We watched more product videos and decided to fill the joints halfway with fine sand. It was very tedious work but we were able to fill our 78 feet with 5 JF311 pipes. It should also be noted that the tubes look like standard sealing tubes, but keep in mind that these tubes are approximately 50cc. less than in normal tubes (250cc vs. 300cc). I'm pretty sure it has to do with how the products mix in the tube. The product is activated by a special nozzle that mixes the components at the exit of the tube. We needed a good dispensing tip and they sell a set for about $40. We were able to find a product at Hobby Lobby that did the process much cheaper and only required cutting and gluing the end. this.
