This is exactly what I expected. Great for hooking up to my random orbital sander and allows you to sand things that aren't necessarily flat. The hooks and loops are strong and prevent the sandpaper from slipping even after changing the paper several times. I think it will hold up well and not too expensive for what it is. As for the dust holes, I haven't drilled them yet, but I'm sure I can adapt them to my grinder without much effort, which is better than having lots of holes that don't necessarily match.
