I am a retired electrician. This multimeter is worth the money. The readings are stable, the dial makes a very strong click and the rubber pad allows you to withstand moderate bumps with ease. The wires are strong and the tips are covered until you need them for safety. on the market and more precisely, but no less than $20, and many in this price range need to be treated more kindly than on the job site where the tools need to be durable. Of course, for most electricians or home use, this is fine. If you deal with electronics I would recommend a Fluke test tool, probably ten times the price and not as robust.
