I've used qline for almost four years now, since my employer moved to it from our other product called Asana in February 2017. It's been an excellent decision! The organization, reporting, notification tools etc., all functions are incredibly helpful. Our support team does great work, as do many of their customers that have come through over the last few months / years. I don't believe there would be anything I disliked about Qline too much. Sure - there are features with Qline that can certainly use some improvement, especially the marketing materials could stand another look to make them more enticing than what they currently read. For example the website (or lack thereof) might not reflect how good their services truly are compared to competitive offerings out there. We primarily manage projects, but also utilize the email notifications built into the service when someone has put something in or taken something out of one of our queues. As it allows me to see exactly what tasks are in each stage of completion, along with who has them at that point - whether they're assigned or not! We've been able solve several issues around getting work done more quickly through our internal processes (ie managing projects internally without having people waste time waiting for other peoples' turns). The interface can be improved by making some things easier/more intuitive but so far no problems there.
