This is more effective compared to the ON ZMA + 5mg Melatonin combo that I have been using for a very long time. I was able to sleep deeply (very deeply) (falling asleep became easier and I didn't wake up until the morning), and I think this product helped me burn more fat. Also, most ZMA supplements use the aspartate forms of zinc and magnesium, which are neurotoxic, and use them in high doses (30 mg and 450 mg) that I don't need; I ignored this because it has a positive effect on sleep, so I definitely prefer to use zinc orotate and magnesium citrate at lower doses. I would surmise that the inclusion of Ashwagandha, Safed Musli, L-Theonine and Bioperine is why this works better than anything I've used before.
