It's seems like the black boots are the boots with all the quality issues but I order the pinks ones and they look great! I understand what some of the people are saying about the foot support. they do feel like Uggs when it comes to foot support. I am going to buy some inserts for mine.Also make sure you buy a size to a size and a half up. I wear a 10.5 and I ordered a 12 and they fit like an 11 would normally fit me. <3
