I bought two packs and was so happy and excited when they arrived. The boards are a lot of fun and very stable even with two 6 year olds riding with me. The accessories are fantastic! Both pumps work leak free, paddles float as advertised, cables are good and patch kits feel very complete. We took the boards to the lake and I pumped one up as soon as we set up camp. We all took a spin and really enjoyed it. I pumped it up to the recommended max of 15psi because I'm a big guy at 6ft 3inches and 225lbs and I was taking the kids. When we got back to the beach I dragged the board onto the sand. lest he swim away and retreat to the shade for a beer. About 10 minutes later we heard a strange hiss followed by a loud bang! 7 inches of the seam burst! I was very upset as you can imagine but we were there 4 days so I tried not to let the trip ruin it. The next day I pumped the second board up to 12psi for spin and didn't notice any difference in performance and there wasn't a loud bang when we left the beach. I don't think it was an overprint issue, just a manufacturing defect in that part of the stitching. When we got home I contacted the seller and explained what had happened. He was very polite to us and asked me to ship asap and send him some photos of the stitching coming loose. He received the photos and replied within 30 minutes that he would send a new board the next day, free shipping! I asked if I should send him a damaged one and he said there was no need. I was expecting to get a new board but got a brand new complete set! We now have a spare pump, paddle, leash and patch kit! These boards are awesome and the customer service is top notch! Buy it, you will love it!
