I love that you can track your customer's shopping cart in real time without having them log into their account. It is super helpful for my business when we have customers visiting our website who may not be logged in or don't want to register right away. The interface of this system can sometimes look confusing because it allows different ways to get information about the same customer. This isn't really an issue with us but rather something inherent within any platform. We are able to see exactly what products someone has added to their virtual cart and then go back to add more items at no additional charge. We also use this feature to send out emails after they've placed an order so there is less chance of forgetting to do something.
