Bought for my husband to have quick access to essentials when he's patching a hole in a dog bed or shirt pocket or replacing loose buttons. He was utterly impressed by the number of items included. Based on his vision, I bought simpler needle threaders to add to the kit. The size is compact enough for small sewing needs. The box is absolutely gorgeous. There are plenty of consumables in the box so you can cram it in, but it's definitely worth it. A larger box is simply more difficult to store. If you need more supplies than you are, chances are you're an avid seamstress and need a big sewing box anyway. Take a look at the sizes listed and you'll know what to expect. For the price and quality of the box, you can always expand your choice of accessories over time. It's worth the cost though 'as is'.
