Convenient portion control for travelers
Bought this for a 3 week family holiday to help keep my diabetic diet and it worked like a charm. Each family brought two portions of the main course, so we had home-cooked food every day. For me, the three-serving method offers a simple yet effective way to control calories and portioning by ensuring non-starchy vegetables make up half (by volume) of each meal. This lightweight, inexpensive snap-top plastic split plate, which can be used in the microwave, came in handy for reheating meat and vegetables.
