I love them! I hated previous ball grips that were noisy at night and always had to be adjusted, and seemed to hate the drag noise as well. They took a bit of effort to install, not terrible, just a little more effort than I expected. Are you lining up the drill holes in the top of the door and frame and need a 15/16" drill bit? In fact who has. I used an inch and it worked, but I had to add some plastic on the side of the hole to make it tighter. My doors were hollow so I used a drywall anchor to screw them in, worked great. I am very happy with the result, everything is clean and professional. So happy with how much better it works! A little pricey, $30 to do a double door, but worth it I think. If your doors are difficult or easy to open I would recommend a heavy duty design, this has been good for my lightweight hollow core doors. But the magnets had to be very close so my cat couldn't open them from below if he likes to do it :). The video shows how they work, in fact they are very quiet but my video sounds loud when they aren't at all.
