I'm glad I ordered this height 70mm it's just what I needed. I ride endurance 60-100 miles and my wrist hurts on my Giant TCR. So I donned an aero bar so I could shift my upper body weight onto my elbows instead of my hands on the flat straights. But without spacers, this attitude was too aggressive for me. When I use my aero bars with these 70mm risers, I end up with the same flex as my hands are in the bar wells. This is a position I can hold for a while and my hands and wrists are already feeling a lot better.
