Well, in a previous post I said the sled set is worth trying, so I made one. Good idea, but you should try something else. No matter how you tighten the dovetail posts that attach the fence to the carriage, the fence will slide around and destroy your cut. If you overtighten, the pin will pull out of the plastic, which it did. I tried roughing up the bottom of the fence but it still moved. On the plus side, the dovetail design works great as a stop on the front of the fence.
