Doesn't charge very well - Support will make up for it

Return this product as it doesn't require such a high fee. This is my first unsatisfactory review of Anker and it saddens me a little. Update (four stars for service) - AnkerDirect contacted me directly to offer a replacement unit. I thanked them but I have already returned the device and received a refund. I was offered another device for free that would work better with my device. Very impressed that not only did they get in touch without being asked but they also took care of the issue despite Revane taking the reply. I will keep an eye on these guys for future needs.
