Good introduction into landscape lighting set

This makes my third set of landscape lights. The first set was completely wired, so the distance between lights is set unless you cut the wire, which was really thin. You don't want those. Second set leaked and the the transformer stopped working. These lights are the best reasonably-priced set to date. Build quality id decent. The transformer is lightweight and the easy to use functions are handy. The dimming feature is nice, as are the color choices. Per another comment, you do have to change each light individually. But since you're likely to only do it once, not a big deal. The biggest take-away if you're just getting into landscape lighting is to manage your expectations. There's a reason why some brass spotlights with replaceable bulbs cost $50 each, and transformers can easily cost several hundred dollars. That said, this set should last a good amount of time while you ponder if you need to spend 10x the money on pro-grade lights that do the same thing.
