Works well when used properly
This is a great tool at a great price. Just as good as more expensive riveting tools. You need to adjust the nose cone according to the rivet length. As far as I can tell, this is perhaps the most obvious reason for negative reviews. It's easy enough to test the nose cone adjustment with a trial rivet or two until you get it right.
