It's not mine. on self-adhesive vinyl

The color was pretty but the quality was terrible. I tried cutting a few times and it looked like plastic. I ended up buying a new vinyl at a craft store.

This vinyl is awful. Terrible to weed and little tiny specks of the vinyl came off after transfer.
