I carry a backpack, I'm older so it's important to me to reduce the weight in my backpack. I've found that whether it's morning oatmeal, a hot drink, or a meal together, I can't go wrong with the right size, soft silicone bowl that packs anywhere. No spills, easy to clean and keep warm to the end. I also liked using the 770ml / 26oz Guyot Designs silicone bowl, but this Humangear bowl is a bit under the capacity (700ml / 3 cups to the brim) but more than enough and with graduation it can for measuring a real plus for those who rehydrate foods on the trail. If desired, the edge can be rolled up for easier scooping. Orange because I can't easily overlook and leave it when I'm packing, even in the morning fog or at dusk. Like him, the other (green one) took the place of the ceramic bowl for morning oatmeal or granola and yogurt. Microwave safe and easy to clean.
