I like how it can be used for different purposes; from simple data entry to complex project management. The dashboard view makes everything easy to understand at once. There are times when there's no clear indication of what needs to be done next or where you're supposed to go next. Sometimes the user interface gets confusing and hard to navigate through. One thing I dislike about this tool is its price tag. You don't get any free trial before purchasing so make sure your budget will allow you to use it. This has helped me organize my day to day activities as well as projects which have been assigned to me.
