I love that it has all of our current customers in one spot so we can easily pull up customer history if needed! It's also easy to update/change things as they come along or when new features are added (like email notification).
There isn't anything bad about this software but some aspects could be improved like adding more customization options within reports etc., however those would likely cost money which you'd have already paid by purchasing busybench anyway :) We're able track payments from clients via bank transfer through paypal into buisness accounts - makes tracking much easier than keeping separate records!!
