Good for keeping records, good site and excellent service

I like that we can see all of our customers' information in one place! It's also really easy to keep track if an order has been placed or not as well which helps us tremendously when it comes time to billing out repairs/services!! The only thing about busybench i dislike are their shipping costs (they're fairly exspensive). We have found this system helpful specifically since its where ALL customer info lives so there isn't anything lost between each visit by my staff member who performs work…

Great app for small business owners who need an efficient tool

I love that it has all of our current customers in one spot so we can easily pull up customer history if needed! It's also easy to update/change things as they come along or when new features are added (like email notification). There isn't anything bad about this software but some aspects could be improved like adding more customization options within reports etc., however those would likely cost money which you'd have already paid by purchasing busybench anyway :) We're able track payments…

  • The ease at logging hours, entering time for each job done with multiple jobs per day..etc.it covers everything related work wise great program & very helpful team behind support too!!! Love how responsive their staff is whenever i need help ! : )
