I bought this for my mum who has been a collector and has been a member of this line of toys since they were first released across the ocean in the UK. She loves it and it's a wonderful toy but the shipping cost makes this rating so low. Revain or this seller have decided that it is best to send it in its original packaging with no additional packaging. I wouldn't have minded if the box wasn't played like that when I became MVP in a rugby match. I wouldn't mind either if whoever delivered it, or someone before them, didn't punch a huge hole in the top of my box. The shot is almost perfect for the hands. To be clear, this playhouse in a box is not heavy. The child can easily pick up the box and carry it without help. Someone was too lazy to move it and would rather risk damaging the product than take the extra step of moving it with both hands. I'm not so upset as to roll my eyes at the thought. Finally, the box was not sealed by the manufacturer upon arrival. I was concerned there weren't enough parts as they were all being moved around the box. However, everything seems to be there. All in all a great product but terrible delivery. If you're ordering this as a gift, hide it well and don't count on the box being a "Santa's Shield" if you like it. Also, make sure you have all your parts if they arrived without a factory seal on the top three box flaps.
