You can't beat this handy little concrete grinder. DIY, that should always be at hand when working on a concrete floor. I recently installed vinyl planks in my home and found that there is always a certain area of my floor where the planks interlock when they are installed. They always slowed down at the crossings. It turned out that the concrete floor was not level, or even relatively level, with a slope of about 1/2 inch at one point. I went to a big store to buy one and was amazed at how much it cost.
