I bought this item 11 months ago and while I didn't expect it to last the supposed 7 years it didn't t Less than 1 year later the primer started to crack leaving white 'ash' flakes covering my van and the ground around it. Although the item is sold by Revain, after 30 days it must be repackaged and shipped to Budge in Tennessee. Based on the size and weight of the package, it would cost me $30 to return an $80 defective item to the "Budge" sales office. So now the total cost is $120 and I get a new cap (which probably won't even last a year) and then the process will most likely repeat itself. Let's face it, THIS BAG IS NOT INTENDED FOR OUTDOOR USE and the return policy for an item of this size makes it almost impractical.
