This is a nice looking mat. The rubber is non-slip on a tile floor and it has cute puppy paw designs in the corner. The real problem is that any water spilled on it sinks down into the textured surface where it can sit, sight unseen. The first time I went to pick up this mat after my dog had his water bowl on it for a day, it was so full of water it made a huge mess on my floor. I don't mind a mat that holds water but I'd want to see it and hopefully there is a lip in the mat to keep the water…

If water gets on it it runs off the issue is it’s not larger enough to cover the area the water leaks the worse at Could be too pricey for budget-conscious pet owners!

Product performs as expected. The water resistant fabric keeps the floor dry from my pets water bowl and provides a nice mat for her food bowl. Seems to be durable. Very satisfied with purchase. I would buy again and reccomend to others.

I like this product except it is not large enough. Our 60 pound pit ball slobbers her water all over the floor. It barely covers the footprint of the water bowls and stand.

Repells the water but the texture on the mat makes it tough to clean. It didn't survive long at our house. The dog ate thru the mat maybe something spilled on it that smelled good. We have an aggressive chewer so if that's not an issue it would do the job.

Love this mat to keep my dog’s food and water bowls on! It prevents the bowls from sliding all over the kitchen floor and also keeps water spills contained. It is best to clean it with a vacuum. Would definitely recommend!

Our golden,Rufus, is an extremely enthusiastic slurper. While we now have Waterproof flooring I’m still afraid one of Rufus’ ancient parents will hydroplane through the mess around the water dish I’d like to make it to my next birthday without a fractured hip. I can’t say it gets every drop but I sure wish I’d had this before he ruined my laminate flooring.

Sigh.Maybe it’s silly- but I’m sad about this one.Does it do what I wanted? Yes. Is it good? Yes.Did I buy a "green” mat? Yes. But I really feel misled by the tone of that green- and it’s dumb, but that OTHER tone is my favourite colour, and it matches my dog bed- my dog dishes, my dog toys. and now, I am the proud owner of a "green” that I did not want to proudly own. I took away a star for that- it might not be a big deal, but it feels to misleading to give a 5. 😕 4 stars it is.

I ordered it in green because the color in the picture looked kind of aqua. It came lime green. I wasn't disappointed it matches my bowls anyways so I kept it. I have a cat fountain and one house sized bowl on it and it's full so I wouldn't reccomend for large dog bowls especially if you want room for spillage

I'm bummed it arrived all folded up and doesn't lay flat because of it but I'm hoping it will make its way there though. Besides that the color and size are exactly what I wanted

The mats work for my dog - the bowls do not move when she eats out of them; so it does the job in keeping the bowls still. There was a water spill and it was easy to clean up from the mat. Would recommend for design and keeping the dog bowls in place.

My dog is very sloppy when he drinks and always had water all over the place. This has solved our issues and saved our floor.

This is a great mat for a good price, & love the color. I bought 2 for my dogs food & water bowls & they do help contain splashing water. The only negative is that they are rolled up the wrong way. I understand the reason for rolling with the good side on the inside, but it really needs to be done the other way, rolled with the good side on the outside to prevent the corners & edges of the mat from sticking up off the floor. Own was just as described and pictured! I opted for the green/turquoise color and it’s vibrant and holding up fantastic. You can feel the durability in its weight and texture. No issues with washing or absorbing any water spills either. I may buy another in a different color to switch out once in a while, but I’m super happy with this.

Bought these to go under my dogs bowls to catch any food and water they spill. The size I thought was perfect at the time is now just a little small. The dogs still get water past it and spill food beyond the mat. The mat itself doesn't really catch any food but works for the water if your right over the mat.

The bottom stuck to the tile floors and peeled a piece of backing. Puggles are pigs and slop water everywhere. Still searching for the perfect mat

I was looking to put something under my dogs' water dish. I used to use a towel but it got wet too fast. The mat works great. My floor is dry and it is big enough to catch the water that drips from the dog's mouth.

This would have 5 stars if the edges were higher to prevent water from leaking out. Just a bit flimsy. I have a messy drinker.

Just arrived today (5-3-19) and the mat is definitely not as big as I was expecting (measured the food stand before ordering). I was expecting it to be a bit wider and longer. It is slip resistant as my Bichon would move the stand when she’s out of food or water.

My only reservation about this mat is that when the dog's water spills and I've mopped up, the mat takes FOREVER to dry! Even after toweling it off and draping over the towel rod, it's an hour or more before I can put it down again. Otherwise it has been a great addition to our kitchen.Dark brown color matches our floor perfectly
