I didn't have any problems with the assembly. Yes, there are a few different sizes but the ones you use fit fine, just be conscious of what the diagram in the instructions show. Holds medium size bananas over large apples or large bananas over medium apples just fine.
- Looks nice and works like the picture.
- The banana stand part cannot be used if basket is under cabinet. The banana stand is too tall. Ugh
