I bought these slow charge cables to use with my Macbook in my truck. My Macbook says it's getting power from the AC adapter when used with my 2 amp USB port in the truck, but says the battery isn't charging. However, when I closed the lid and came back 30 minutes later, it was 77% charged. 100% so they charge slower than the included charger, they also charge slow from the 2.4 amp USB sockets in my house. It will be convenient to charge my Macbook in my truck when I need it most and also use it in a pinch. I liked the presentation of the packaging and the cables look and feel high quality. I will update my review if necessary as I continue to use these cables.
