What a horrible quality, wasted money for nothing.

At the moment, four people have confirmed to me that their Seagate drives also flew during the year. this is exclusively my experience, but the loss of data from the disk for me even covers its cost at that time 8t (I bought it for Amazon)

Pros

Initially, everything was fine, a month later the disk suggested formatting, after which it worked again, but three weeks ago it died. Thus, a 5TB disk worked for me for about a year and a half and broke with the motherboard (meaning that it was not dropped + the cooler and power are working, the wire is also working)

Cons

I'm looking for a way to recover data, so Seagate is now one big drawback for me

We bought several pieces for the office, specially for 1 TB, external ones, in a strict design. I really liked the hard drives, they connect easily to any computer, laptop without any dancing with a tambourine. We often broadcast videos and presentations at meetings. With YUSB 2.0 it works adequately on older computers too.

It would be possible to provide some kind of “safe removal” method on the device itself, otherwise the painful squeak when disconnected is sometimes scary.

Got pros: Quiet works from a smartphone via OTG, he does not need bp. The speed is not tested yet, but I think it's enough for me. Has cons: Buy a short branded USB cord30-40cm for a computer 1.2m at least
