The best part of using this system was how easy it made keeping track of patient records, appointments etc., It's also very user friendly compared to other systems I've used in previous positions! Nothing specific about our experience with their service as such but they do make adjustments when needed so there isn't an issue we have had from them yet (we are still new users).

We like having access/accessibility all over regardless where you work or what device your working off at any given time - great if someone else needs assistance while away too!!
