Review on 🖤 Prismacolor Ebony Graphite Pencils - Set of 12 Black Sketching Pencils - Drawing Pencil Kit by Carrie Spencer

These pencils are not jet black but are fun to draw with. If I cared more about their color, I could give them a lower rating, but I don't, and they have many other nice qualities - the range of values, stroke weights, and textures you can achieve with them is quite wide. The tips are smooth as written with no scuffing that I've noticed with some other soft LED pencils I've used. So when I paint with them, I don't have stupidity like a random piece of hard "something" randomly deciding to scratch and pierce my paper. me. I feel that the thickness of the lead has helped me to be "more decisive" and bold in my drawings. When I draw with thin pencil lead, I can't help but blur my lines to give them meaning. I feel a bit silly that I still haven't realized that a more versatile pencil like this would solve these problems, but it does. Although they're not pitch black, I really like them.
