A bit over the top the best in home audio

This review took a while because it took me a while to overcome my preconceptions about tiny cheap Chinese digital amplifiers. I don't really like Bluetooth either. Although I like to tinker. So, someone who loves analog stereo and high-quality hi-fi, brew coffee and put together a kit. He goes into the garage, makes some wires, hooks up the board to a 12v power supply and a pair of Pioneer car speakers (as pictured) and listens. "Not very well, but okay." Take some notes. Change the music. Additional Comments. A little disappointed but not too surprised. After all, what can I expect from a $16 amp (January 2021)? I've been listening here and there, trying different speakers (acrylic speakers from Apple with Harman Kardon speakers, closed car speakers from Bose). Still not great. I take photos to put the speakers back in the box and in the garage. But I made cables, so why not try real hi-fi speakers? I didn't because I figured this board would be underpowered. I have a pair of vintage German Sonofer bookshelf speakers in my office. Crimp contacts off, banana plugs on and: Wow! I honestly have to say that I absolutely didn't expect it to sound that good. The combos don't have the full, detailed tone of the onboard Rotel amp I usually run them with, but the Bluetooth receiver does the job well. $150-250 depending on condition. Thrift stores usually sell all kinds of speakers fall in love with a $100 soundbar. I would definitely pick a pair of these and this board for a budget setup. The board is a bit bare and unfortunately comes without a mount. But it easily falls into a bento box (or ammo box, depending on your musical taste). Hence five stars from my side. For this price it is worth a try. I confess I totally underestimated him. I took some close-ups. Hope it helps you to decide.
