Looks pretty solid and works well. There were no assembly and installation instructions, but I found it out. Instead of attaching it directly to the projector, I attached a roughly 1 square foot wooden platform to it and then used a bungee cord to attach the projector to it. So I can quickly remove the projector from the ceiling (without having to unscrew anything) and take it outside or somewhere else. In time I'll be making something much more elegant than bungee cord, but so far it's working well. Otherwise, unscrewing the bracket from the projector to move it has effectively guaranteed that my alignment with the internal screen will be broken every time I disassemble/reinstall the projector. All in all a reliable manufacturer at a good price.
