Missing part arrived in package. It doesn't look very well made and the screw holes weren't well drilled making it difficult to screw in and mount firmly. I had to reach into my stash of nuts and bolts to get the screws to attach it to the ceiling as none were included. The big plus of this mount is that it can be extended for a lower projector installation. If you don't need this feature, you should probably buy a different mount.

Does the job I think. The horizontal barrier is poorly fixed. It's still a little wobbly and I tightened the screw as tight as I could. Every time you touch the projector (to turn it on, adjust the zoom, etc.), the projector will reset and you will need to readjust the mount. I don't really mind it because once I've set up the projector I don't have to touch it, but it did make setup a little more difficult than it should have been.

I wasn't aware that my projector doesn't have true screw mounts underneath (Favirio LED 3) although the manufacturer sells a similar mount. The small pins did not come loose and opened up the thread cavities. In any case, this mount can be adjusted, which I did. I used it to hold a small cage platform. Have fun with all parts. Looks pretty solid and works well. There were no assembly and installation instructions, but I found it out. Instead of attaching it directly to the projector, I attached a roughly 1 square foot wooden platform to it and then used a bungee cord to attach the projector to it. So I can quickly remove the projector from the ceiling (without having to unscrew anything) and take it outside or somewhere else. In time I'll be making something much more elegant than bungee cord, but so far it's working

The price was right - solid product, flexible angles, etc. The "universal" fastening material for connecting to the projector leaves a lot to be desired. I was able to get it to work, but definitely not in the way I imagined the designers would. This is a solid unit - solid metal construction with large nuts and bolts. Goes together well and once dressed well and properly seems like it will hold the position for a long time. The Bad: - It was supposed to come with 4 pucks (one for each leg) of 4 different sizes, instead it only had one puck.
