I have been using the Simple Sensitive Skin Eye Makeup Remover Pads for a number of years and prefer them to other eye makeup removers. I gave 5 stars because it is very good for sensitive skin on the eyelids. Although I was asked to rate it for hydration and water resistance. these two properties do not really apply to this product. I know pads don't dry out my skin, so they can be considered hydrating in that regard. Water resistance also does not apply to this product as removed eye make-up does not need to be water resistant. I use pads before I wash my face to remove all my eye makeup so it doesn't matter if water gets on my eyelids when I wash my face.
