We have no problem with the functionality of the device, however the device does not come with any certification or supporting documents, so we cannot use it in official documents of our manufacturing process. We tried several times to contact the company but got no answer. Every device manufactured in the USA is accompanied by a document confirming its calibration, so it is not possible to determine whether the values displayed on this device are correct. The device comes from China
