Review on Harmony Gear Premium Sit Black by Chris Russell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's comfortable and looks good.

This is my first kayaking experience so I have no reference. All I can say is that it is comfortable. My back or buttocks never felt scared. To test this, I paddled for an hour in the hot Caribbean morning sun with little wind and current and afterwards I felt as fresh as when I started. The nearly $100 price tag is steep, but the construction appears to be good, and this is the part number that the Perception site recommends for their Rambler 9.5. I have a West Marine Abaco 9.5 which in case you didn't know is just a renamed Rambler 9.5. 🤓 I got my spot at the Revain warehouse for $53.81 before tax ($60 total) to see how bad the damage was. This was a steal as it only had two barely noticeable discolourations but was otherwise new with the box label intact. I think it's worth the regular price though. It has a high, wide back and thick padding. Smaller seats only reach the lower back, so you don't get much support and less cushioning as well. World!
