Got pros: It functions properly, there are no creaks, and there is no rustling. It does an excellent job of massaging, and you can massage not only the shoulders and neck but also the entire back with it. The primary position is quite pleasant to use. Having this drawback: The lock on this cover came slightly apart before returning to its original position, at which point it was secured normally. I did not experience any warmth; only the diodes were on.
