Good quality wheel locks

So this is my first time buying these. Before I could even put them on I had (1) another keyless set on a car I had just bought used. I've tried following youtube videos of it being removed without going to the dealer and at first thought it must be rubbish when they can be removed that easily. The first attempt failed. Wow, okay, slightly impressed. I was trying to buy a socket tool specifically designed for removing wheel locks and stripping ordinary nuts. This also failed, more impressed. Go to the dealer and they'll find the key for me. But while I was looking for many keys for these type of locks, the guy who was helping me told me horror stories about removing these type of locks and how to just get a regular OEM style set of locks. After purchasing the appropriate key, returning home and successfully removing a lock, I was able to install this set only to find that it was different than what I originally had on a wheel. I think I like the old one better because it had a bushing that kept the normal head from slipping over the lock and being pushed out by sheer friction. These don't have it. Only time will tell if they serve their purpose as anti-theft devices and if they cause me any problems as I have had various brands of wheel locks in the past which were a nightmare on another car many years ago. But overall they look promising and appear to be made out of better quality metal than the set I used years ago.
