It's impossible to get accurate temperature readings with this piece of crap. I do not recommend. This so-called non-contact thermometer is not accurate and cannot be synchronized to get the correct temperature. I have primary responsibility for caring for and protecting the elderly during the pandemic and this junk is unreliable. I bought two and it's too late to return them. I plan to file a white-collar crime report with the Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division if there are more victims. . Too bad, too bad, too bad
