My son really likes these soccer shoes. This gives him the desired support in the ankle without restricting it. When worn, they are like a well-fitting glove and he likes to walk in them. The sneakers are equipped with two toe loops to put on these shoes; you will need them. If you have a moderate or high arch, you may have trouble getting your foot through the ankle brace. It took my 14 year old son almost 10 minutes to get these shoes on and off. I urged him not to give up and once he put them on they worked great. It wasn't easy to take them off either. He even removed the laces completely. These are high quality shoes, I just wish UA made it easier to put them on.
