The $10M Under Armor C1N MC Men's Football Boots retail for $160. It has a rubber base in the heel area and fixed rubber studs on the back that are not removable. They are more like a med top than a hi-top with velcro around the bottom of the ankle. They appear to be slightly smaller, maybe a better fit for a size 9.5. They look good but don't last like previous versions. After a month of use, about 4 games, these fall apart. The bottom mold of the cleat is separating from the shoe and the lace loops have detached from the shoe as I was preparing for Game 2. Unfortunately Best Buy does not accept returns after one month. The $160 boots should last at least a year, not a month.

These boots made my son's day/week/year. He was so excited to wear them. They were very tight the first few times, the compression piece on his ankle was giving him problems. However, after a few wears, they are easy to put on and sit on very comfortably. As this is his first year in football, he was unfamiliar with this style of shoe. I have black/silver metallic. The lower pads are made of black plastic. Depending on your choice, some designs/colors are silver on the bottom. If they are silver there is a sticker on the shoe stating that handling these boots can break if you compete hard enough. . . and wear them with pride. If you don't run a lot on concrete/tarmac, you shouldn't have too much of a problem with chips. But with black shoes there is no "processing", but the sticker is still there. My son really likes these soccer shoes. This gives him the desired support in the ankle without restricting it. When worn, they are like a well-fitting glove and he likes to walk in them. The sneakers are equipped with two toe loops to put on these shoes; you will need them. If you have a moderate or high arch, you may have trouble getting your foot through the ankle brace. My son struggles to put them on even though we ordered a size up. The tongue of the shoe, the elastic strap, wormed its way onto my son's foot.

The shoes are very pretty, but you can't wear them. This boot does not have an opening big enough for my son. Terrible brush! Do not buy. I've spent my money!

Love her! Perfect fit - perfect colors, ironic combination with the school football uniform. The spikes "do their job" and cling to grass and turf. They are built to last.

My son plays defense and tells me his ankle would have been almost destroyed by the spikes if it wasn't for the ankle guard.

Pretty good cleat. look amazing The only criticism is the built-in sock. Until you tear them into the sock, it is uncomfortable to get your foot in. They had to attach a small zipper.

Great boots. The sock is a little stiff, but it can break. I'm not usually an Under Armor fan, but this one might change my mind.
