The material is not near as heavy as the pictures would have you believe nor are there any double seams, they are all single sewn seams. Maybe the pictures are correct for the heavier sets, but not for the 24-26" set. See my pic of what I received. The main purpose of these is to block UV that deteriorates the tire- hopefully they perform that function and last at least a few seasons, but I have doubts due the the lightweight material of this 24-26" set of covers.
