i hate to say but the old models were better. A change has been made so that you cannot format an SD card as internal storage. This means you can't move apps to the SD card and I have yet to figure out how to install apps directly to the SD card. The 3 main apps to move apps will install but will not work on this tablet model. I bought this 32GB tablet knowing I was buying a 256MB SD card so I don't need a 64MB tablet. Not correct. I have almost 75% of internal memory and I have only 1 week tablet. All of this must also be taken into account when updating the firmware. For older models, Samsung may update the firmware so that you can no longer format the SD card as internal storage. My bluetooth keyboard and stylus worked great on this tablet and there was no problem pairing them. My phone will not sync or work with this tablet even if my phone is a Samsung Galaxy Express. I have Consumer Cellular Service, maybe that's why. Other comments said their phone worked with this tablet and there were a couple of test videos talking about buying a bigger SD card and not worrying about the 32MB. So even if you do your due diligence before you buy, sometimes you will be disappointed. I bought mine "refurbished" so I got it half price; I have this model. However, I'm returning that 32MB and spending an additional $30 to buy a 64MB model. If I had been warned in advance about this major SD card storage change, it would have saved me a lot of time and hassle.
