Review on Nextra by Mark Gilbert

We use it as our booking engine for all of my clients that I work with in various industries from restaurants/bars through hotels to car rentals - everything! It's very easy to integrate into other systems like Salesforce or Google Calendar so we can see what reservations are coming up next week etc. The user interface could be improved but once you get used to how things look they aren't too bad at first glance. Some features such as "Search Reservations" would require additional software which isn't always available (iPad). Also some functions don't seem intuitively obvious when looking around their website initially- i had no idea there was a way to add notes about guests without having them log onto your site. This has been great because now we have one place where everyone knows who booked what item under each reservation number instead of trying to.
